Our Rhubling journey began in 2016. We decided we would like to make a sparkling wine using our best seller. We wanted the bubbles to be made naturally, using the traditional method, by re-fermenting our wine in the bottle for 3 months. A chance meeting with a Staffordshire vineyard, in late 2017, gave us this opportunity to produce our own sparkling rhubarb wine.

Did You Know?
There is an old variety of Rhubarb called 'Champagne' it is one of the earliest varieties and is recognised as being the best forced rhubarb variety.
