Extended Tasting notes below:

One Chain Vineyards, The Wrong Un Shiraz, Cabernet, South Eastern Australia, 2019

A rich, well balanced example of the Aussie classic blend. Lush black fruits coupled with touches of woodspice, liquorice and cassis follow through to a delicious, velvety finish. This wine is consistently good from vintage to vintage.

Sottano Junior Malbec 2018

An intense colour, with purple and bright hues. It exhibits scents of ripe red fruits such as cherries and plums, enriched by delicate chocolate and vanilla contributed by the keeping in oak. Of a Sound velvet and tannin structure, elegant as well, which give a long final mouth tasting.

Cal Y Canto, Tempranillo

A ripe, fruity blend of Tempranillo, Merlot and Syrah from La Mancha, one of the best value regions in Spain. Expect aromas of red cherries and lots of fruit on the palate.

Calusari, Pinot Noir 2019

Light, soft and welcoming nose of autumn fruits. Soft smooth & spicy flavours throughout with generous soft red fruit flavours & a lovely elegant finish. Can be served cool with fish or at room temperature with game or spicy foods.

Sibiliano, Nero d'Avola Organic IGP 2018

Organic Sicilian red with packed with ripe fruit and red berries. There’s great structure and is balance between fruit and tannins which means it can be paired with a variety of dishes included stews and red meats.

Quinta das Maias, Tinto 2016

Red wines from the Dao should always demonstrate a certain succulence from a combination of altitude and granitic soils, but Maias Tinto goes the extra mile. At these even higher vineyards (around 650m), Jaen (Tinta Mencia) captures in the glass delicious crunchy fruit in this medium bodied wine. Maias is the local name for the Weaver's Broom plant which surrounds the estate here (its yellow flowers blossom in May in this part of Dao, hence its nickname - Maio is the word for May).
